23 years of SEPCON: Built on Safety and Compliance

SEPCON celebrates 23 years of operation with a night of recognition for its people

Two and a half decades of trajectory in the EPC sector, supported by a record of security and compliance built project by project.

Lima, Peru — December 13, 2025

In December 2025, SEPCON brought together its corporate team and construction workers in Lima to commemorate the company’s 23rd anniversary. The celebration was an opportunity to recognize the collective effort of those who have built a solid trajectory in one of the most demanding sectors of the region, and to mark the milestones that define SEPCON as a benchmark EPC contractor in South America.

Since its foundation, SEPCON has expanded its presence to four countries — Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and Ecuador — implementing projects of high technical complexity in the energy, mining, and industrial sectors. Throughout this journey, the company has accumulated more than 75 million man-hours worked on a portfolio of projects that range from gas compression plants and interconnection pipelines to geotechnical infrastructure and large-scale industrial works. Each of those hours reflects more than just volume of work: it reflects a sustained operational standard without interruptions since the first project.

That standard is expressed more clearly in SEPCON’s security record. In 23 years of operation in remote environments and under high demand logistic and geographical conditions, the company has maintained safety and environmental performance indicators that support each project delivered and each equipment deployed in the field.

23 years are not celebrated only with figures. They are celebrated with the people who made them possible.
