Gas Compression in Mipaya Field

This turnkey EPC project includes the engineering, provision, construction and start-up of a new gas compression station in the Mipaya cluster, a key producing area of Lot 56. The new infrastructure ensures the continuity and efficiency of gas transport to the Malvinas plant, contributing directly to the stability of the national energy system and the continuous operation of the Camisea Consortium.

A critical project in the heart of the southern jungle

The Mipaya field is part of Camisea's gas and condensate asset, Peru's main natural gas producer. The natural declination of pressure in the wellhead required new compression infrastructure to sustain production and maintain the pressure of arrival at the Malvinas plant.
Located in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon jungle and under multimodal logistics —air, river and land—, SEPCON executes the complete project cycle: Feed and Detail Engineering, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Commissioning, with operational integration to the Malvinas Plant.
